Internationally Known Entertainer,
Keyboard Artist, and Educator.
Bill Horn has been entertaining audiences for over 40 successful years with his special brand of humor and musicianship. Bill jumped on the International scene years ago as an artist for the ARP Synthesizer Company. Bill then represented the Wersi Organ Company from Germany for which he did several European Concert dates in addition to his Teaching and Performing schedule here in the USA. Always reaching new levels of music, he keeps up with the latest music and instruments sothere is always something for his audiences.
From time to time, Bill sponsors Cruises and Tours and sponsors the "DutchLand Keyboard Show" which will have it's 28th year in 2007. This multi day Convention for music lovers features quality classes on Keyboard Technique and general playing and has 8 International Artists for performances and clinics.
Bill's latest recording, "Simply Elegante" is now available on CD or Cassette. His new video "How to Play Block Chords" is also available. The video is for piano/organ/keyboard players.
Bill has written a 6 book series "Common Sense Approach". He uses for his instruction basis here in the USA and Europe. He has written original music books as well.
With his personality and humor and educational background, which includes a Degree in Music from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and 9 years in the public schools, he provides any company he represents with not only the Teaching tools, but the Performance levels as well. A new addition to his books is called BBB, Bill's Blues Book which is available now!
More recently, Bill has been recording and performing on Theatre Pipe Organs and has done some classes on them as well. Bill is adept at playing and singing music from the Classics to the Contemporary Music of today.
Bill has record 16 albums/tapes/CDs in his career. Last year he released 3 new recordings. "Love Songs", which contained his latest composition, "WHY ME", "Country Gold" and "B3 Re-visitation", a look back at the sound of the Legendary Hammond B3 with Contempory Sounds and Songs.
Bill performed a short concert on the famous "Blackpool Tower" Mighty Wurlitzer in England in May of 1998.
He has his own teaching studio located at Reifsnyder's Piano located in Lancaster, PA. He also teaches Lessons at the Hammond Organ Center, 198 Fairview Rd., Woodlyn, PA, (610) 833-2665. He has about 40 students on Piano, Organ, Keyboards and provides them with Theory, Improvisation, Harmony, Composition and Performance skills.
